PERFORMANCE BONUS

This Annex is incorporated into and forms part of the Service Agreement entered into as of , by and between:

1. Performance Bonus Structure

Client agrees to pay a performance-based bonus each 28 days to AdsWithMarian LLC based on the Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) achieved from advertising campaigns managed and/or produced by AdsWithMarian. The bonus is calculated as a percentage of the total ad spend on Meta platforms for the applicable 28-day period.

The applicable percentage is determined according to the following ROAS tiers:

Note: Bonus applies only if ROAS is achieved with creatives produced by AdsWithMarian.

2. Payment Timing

The performance bonus is due on a 28-day basis and must be paid either:

• At the time of payment for the new 28-day creative package, or
• No later than the first week of the 28-day period in cases where the new scripting or package delivery is delayed due to editing or testing.

3. Method of ROAS Tracking

ROAS shall be determined based on data provided via Meta Ads Manager or another platform mutually agreed upon. Client agrees to provide access to relevant dashboards or reports to verify ROAS results.

4. Modification

Any modification to this bonus structure must be agreed in writing and signed by both parties.
